Okay this is a difficult question and I need someone who really knows what to do. In the Registry editor I found some CLSID files that have these types of brackets aorund them{} are these safe? or should I delete these files. I'm trying to get rid of bargin buddy nothing has worked so far.

I'd be very careful removing stuff from the registry. Try using spyware removal tools.

Spybot Search & Destroy
Ewido
All of these should be available from www.download.com

I have Adaware Pro SE by lavasoft but before that i had the personal version and I did have bargain buddy at one time and Lavasoft Adaware did get rid of it. in fact it was the reason I bought the adaware pro.

Ah, Bargain Buddy. Hate that thing. Go to www.lavasoft.com and install Adaware SE Personal 1.6. Scan and remove it. Simple.

If you don't know what you are doing (and it doesn't sound like you do) then leave the registry alone.
Install and run 1 or 2 reputable spyware scanners.
