Curious as I grew up in 60's/70's regularly seeing women in their natural unshaven state + didn't realise women did shave when I was at primary school. At uni it was common (to be unshaven) + many European women didn't seem to shave. Yet in last 15 years or so it seems as though all women, unless they have some near invisible hairs, remove their leg/pit hair. These days inreasing numbers of women also removing arm/pubic hair too. Personally I've never understood the hairless obsession + wonder if there are women who feel similarly + happy to live with their natural fuzz?

I stopped all that foolishness in the late 80's & I have been happy & pain free ever since! No ingrown hairs, no razors or creams, no stinging armpits, & NO SMELL! Strangely enough, I found that I no longer needed deodorants when my armpit hair grew in! A daily shower seems to do the trick without all those nasty chemical compounds going into my body via the lymph glands!

It wouldn't bother me if she was clean but I don't think that's very feminine. I like hairy crotches on a woman though. There's really no way of saying that gently:)

i know/have known plenty of girls that don't shave.
its a strange concept i think that hair on women = gross or ugly and i'm curious how it has shifted that way. myself i'm down with it either way, i know i certainly would not want to take the time to shave my legs and anything else on a regular basis so i don't expect someone of the opposite sex to either. if they want to, fine with me, if they don't understandable and fine with me. though i do think its a shame that women that don't are often viewed in a different light.
perhaps, and i'm 100% guessing here, it has something to do with trying to look young in some cases for women to do so. a guy shaving their chest certainly gives a younger appearance. there also seems to be this idea that its cleaner that is more or less a misconception. but yeah the hairless obsession is quite odd.
my girlfriend doesn't shave much, though she also has very fine hair so its not very noticable..maybe i'll have to ask her if it was darker if she would or not.

truthfully i'd rather go natural but as soon as i step out of the door i feel so self conscious I can't go through with it. I don't see why I have to shave in order to become the perfect image of a woman but I still cant help but do it. Nowadays even little 12 year olds are shaving just because of the pressure put upon women by society to be perfect. We can never just be natural. There'll always be someway to 'improve' ourselves

I'm 27 and I have never removed hair from my legs. Actually the point is that I don't have hair there (which seems to be abnormal, but is so cool at the same time)

;)

I usually shave, but sometimes I'm too lazy to. I won't show my legs unless they're shaven though.

I like the smoothness of my legs when they are shaven. As for armpit hair, it smells when it is not shaven, regardless of who it is or if they wear deodarant. I wish I had no body hair.
