Personally I reckon Designers at Debenhams is pretty good, John Rocha, Matthew Williamson, Jasper Conran, John Richmond as well as in-store Wallis, Red Herring, Principles - all do up to a 20, some in short lengths as well.
Prices not much different fom rest of high street stores, and do good basics at reasonanle price.

Simply be is a great catalogue, they have clothes from sizes from 14 - 30. They have some beautiful clothes, some of them are pricey so you might want to buy a few signature items that you can wear in different ways. Hope that helps.
