Get the complete up to date codecs to read every DVD and CD and get a free program with KLITE from places like free-codecs.com
it has everything, and more all in one.

you dont have any dvd software on your PC,try Powerdvd or similar.

you should download a codec from the internet, make sure it is compatible with your system.
