i have tried to make im by telling him its over and for him to leave still nothin works

hope u hav a good enough reason to leave..but he cant make sense of it..sure must be hurting him...do u really think its good to move on frm a person who needs u bad...well..u know best...if its over its out...so make ur move baby dont complain on him...

Not enough info to answer this question. I get this alot with my divorce clients. If you're married, a divorce lawyer is who you need. If you are married and on the lease or deed, and he's not physically violent, don't leave. Possession is still 9/10ths of the law.
If you're not on the lease or deed, then you leave.
If you are on the lease or deed and he isn't, change the locks while he's gone (he has to leave sometime).
If you're not married, start planning a big wedding a month from now. He'll leave.

Some people just refuse to believe it's over honey. This may be one of those times where you are going to have to make the first move and leave. Maybe then, he'll get it, and you can move on without him.
Besides, it's so much easier than killing him...those bodies are a pain in the butt to hide!

well, this really all depends if he´s starting to creep you out. Maybe you have a mutual friend with whom you could convince to tell the guy that you would like him to ease and back off for a bit...or forever...if that fails. Call the pigs.

does he live with you , listed on the lease? serve him with eviction papers or divorce papers. if that dont work move yourself
