How you do it is you press and hold Alt, and while holding it you press these numbers in order from the Num Pad. Alt+2552
Bonus: Alt+241 gets this cool plus or minus sign ±, Alt+782 gets you a cool music note ♫ (Warning, most of these do weird things like go back or forward in your browser, so do them on a notepad and copy and paste, or do them in the google bar)
You can also try all kinds of different combos, and might get some cool things.
