well over 2700 young American lives lost so far on this war that has nothing to do with 9/11. not to mention now he wants to weaken the Geneva Convention which can actually be a bad thing for our troops, and not help our country much, if at all. when Bush is caught torturing iraqi detainees after he lied about it, he makes a bill to allow him to do it. what a jerk. can't wait till 2 years...
i guarantee by 2009 OSB will be caught unless he's dead already. and also by that time our economy will start to pick up again.

Do you really not know why Bush was reelected ? The reason is so simple that even you should know it. More voters wanted Bush than wanted Kerry. Wasn't that easy ?
How many lives are lost because Bush is president ? Not near as many as when Roosevelt or Truman were in.
Wars cost lives - - - and save lives. How many 9-11s would we have if we did nothing ? Doing nothing is what the creeps want us to do. If you want to play their game according to their rules, good luck. I'm a fighter.

He wasn't elected "again." He was appointed the first time. People bought into his crapola because he kept invoking the spectre of 9/11 and fooled people into thinking he knew what he was doing to fight terrorism. And, he got the Christian conservative votes because he hid behind the bible - praise God! His policies suck - all he cares about is helping the rich - the middle class can go to hell for all he cares. Witness his actions with regards to the Katrina victims. If they had been rich, fat cat Republipukes, money would have been headed their way within hours. Thanks to him, the country is going down the toilet faster than s*** through a goose. He's made the country a laughingstock and its no longer respected like it used to be. How many lives will be lost in his little war in Iraq? One more is too many and it will probably be in the hundreds if not thousands before the troops all come home. Bush is the worst president in history - move over James Buchanan!!

Exit polls from 2004 show that the most important issues of the voters were 1. family values 2. national security.

Lives around the globe are being lost because of terrorism and plain old fashioned hatred. But because of the presidents anti-terror strategy, no lives are being lost over here.

Bush has done a great job with the war on terror, Iraq, and foreign policy in general. I dont believe he has handled the federal budget too well but I guess that is what happens when you have twin towers collapse, hurricanes strike, and terrorists on the loose.

he was elected again because his plan in creating fear of terrorist attacks has succeeded.
it is a pity to see that so many people are blind about the true nature of his policies.

he is trying to destroy all.

Al Gore was the legitimate winner of the two terms ago election.

money and oil played a massive part in Bush's victory.

Bush also resemble the features of a reptile.

it is so unfortunate that Mr Blair has helped Bush.

However, at the end of the day, they will both be remembered in history as far from proactive heads of state.

Don't be offended. It's called and election. Rather than "rest" why don't YOU RUN? You can apply for the JOB. As to lives lost, while I grieve, I'm afraid that will happen regardless of who is in the office. If we don't lose them in foreign lands for a cause we may or may not agree with, then we'll lose them in our city streets thru crimes, or in our schools over shoes and jackets, or at the mall b/c of some twisted sense of being "cool" like in Doom, or in factories thru pollution or unsafe acts, and the list goes on, etc.

Maybe you can do better! Maybe you'll be the "one" who will, at long last, speak for Earth! Maybe it will be you who saves our humanity!

Don't "rest"! Get involved - make a difference!

This might not be his last term, he is eligble to to be re elected, times of war some nonsense, read the constitution though. He was elected again, I use that term loosely, because people in America have let fear control them for the last 5 years. Its sad.I feel bad for him at the same time, Its not Bush thats the problem, its the system, hes just the fall guy.

Like most political figures, he also made promises that would improve his country.
I would also like to know why he was elected, and also if I could ask him one question, it would be something along the lines of are you truely happy with the way your presidency has turned out, and if given the chance, what would you have done different?
I dont think much of anything he has done, and quite frankly, how dare he pull down the UK with all his stupidity.

I think he has been a strong leader and reacted quickly and correctly to 9/11 and the terrorists. What would John Kerry have done? He voted for the war so I guess he'd have sent the troops over then a couple months later said..oops, I changed my mind. That would have made America look weak & be a laughing stock like we were when Clinton pulled his embarrasing stunt with Monica.
