You can't go wrong with baking soda. Mix it with a bit of water and then spread a layer over the bite. Bites are more painful than anything. Their bites don't normally carry any kinds of poisons like the stingers do. But putting baking soda on it is kind of like forming your own protective scab over it and it will fizzle and help suck out any germs or bacteria or possible poison that may be there. It helps it heal faster and will also help with the pain. if you rae worried about an allergic reaction take some benedryl in most cases this will do the trick, unless you are very allergic.

take some baking soda and mix it with just enough water to turn into sort of a paste then place on the bee sting. tobacco is also really good placed on the sting. it takes the pain away. get the tobacco a little wet so it will stick to the sore.

Put half an onion on the bite, it neutralises the poison. Works also with wasp bites. If it doesn't help, see the doc, as there might be an allergic reaction and that can be life threatening.

If you are allergic, use your eppie pin and all should be fine. If not call 911!

Otherwise, you can buy these ammonia sticks that take away much of the swelling and pain. You need to take a tweezers and pull out the stinger if it is still present. Clean it with alcohol.

Use alcohol on the site, hydrogen peroxide. You can also apply Caladryl or plain baking soda. The Caladryl will help the pain and will dry up the area. The old use for this was to apply nicotine. I remember my grandfather applying nicotine from a cigarette on my stings. Strange, huh.

If there's been no allergic reaction, just ignore it. If there's an allergic reaction, either an emergency vet or a small dose injection of epinephrine. I give my dogs all their vaccines except rabies, but I know that's rare.

the best way is to apply honey on the affected part, or crushed small onions (pearl onion).
crushed pearl onion has to be put on the affected part and wrapped with a bandage or cloth for few minutes.
