Its's the kind with the little ball that you match up the notches and slip on but i cant get it on! and it hurttts!

after clipping my own lip and making it bleed many times by taking out my lip ring..now i will only go to my piercer to change it. i give her like 3$ to do it and i know that i wont be in pain and back in the long healing process again. and if you like to change it a lot...then try the 1/2 hoop with the 2 little balls. its much easier to get in and out and you can change the balls to alot of fun different colors.

try neosporin cream with pain releiver. do not use the ointment! the cream will help it slide in and dull some of the pain without catching srap in there.

Bite the bullet and wiggle it in there...You don't want the skin to grow back.
P.S. Try having nipple rings!
