well, i think it depends on the person. I don't hate my work. Actually, i love it. As a call center trainer, sometimes i work for 14 hours straight...but i love what i am doing because i chose to like it even before i started this job....it is called mind setting. So, its ur decision if u will like ur job or not. Of course, I am human not a super being. We all look forward in having some time to relax and enjoy that is fridays.... and go back to work that is mondays. I don't know with others, but for me, everyday of my life flies so fast that i seldom notice how tiring my job is compared to others.

Well, I suppose we have to face and accept it: Monday to Friday work and all the things that HAVE to be done; weekends, summer and holidays play and everything we WANT to do. Come on now, it's not so bad...

I used to be in a job I really enjoyed.
I looked forward to going in.
I got along really well with the guy I worked with.
I gave the job 100% all the time.
The company needed to save money - Redundant.
Strangely enough they kept on the men, it was the women they got rid of even though it was us that did the bulk of the work.
Nowadays I work in a job I really hate so I go in, do what I have to & get the hell out. Employers see us as just a number so why kill ourselves for the company.

Because we have to do it to make a living.
I don't hate going to work but I am not jumping for it either.
I wish I could indeed win the lottery and retire to some quiet farm in the south of France to live out the rest of my days in peace

If we didn't have any work to do, life would be boring, with no goal or motivation to get up in the morning. Comfort yourself with that thought next Monday.
Time flies when you're having fun, by the way. Koreans call your day off 'the day when you play', in other words, when you're doing what you want as opposed to what you have to.

I work every weekend, third shift.

I live for Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Why does Thursday come so fast?

I love my job.......Its great..Probably the reason you live for fridays is because you have chosen a job for the money and you dont enjoy it..You should look into a job that you like and you'll find it much more easier to get up and go...

I think we hate work due to the fact you often spend more time there than enjoying the thing your work pays for - your home and family/boyfriend/girlfriend/partner etc....
