With Finance ministers like chidambaram raising the taxes in every budget for the middle class employees the poverty line is being raised to higher and higher levels. Soon a day will come when only the MP"S MLA"S and Cinema Heroes will be above that line

I believe that we could eliminate most poverty throughout the world. It's a matter of people willing to give things up and help. People are too selfish and greedy.

We probably can't becuase being an indian myself, we have a very large population and not enough jobs and necessities for everyone it is very hard to live there and I know how they feel, so we should go there once in a while an try to help out the best we can!--good Luck and keep on trying!

yes we can remove the poverty line from india by the giving more job opprtunity by improving the import and export by making giving the education to the required people by the government by giving them the chance to explore their talent to the world by inculding them into our community first and formost thing by change in government

People all over the world are living in poverty, myself in included.
My motto is that if everyone would keep in mind that we should not need more than is needed to survive.
