flirty..she's gets close to me, to where sometimes her hair is touching my arm when she's bending over my shoulder, touches my arm, checks me out,...and i'm not making any of this up! and i'm not overreacting or anything like that!

She also lets me get away with stuff..like letting me eat in the classroom when no one else can..i guess cause i'm her TEACHER'S ASSISTANT.

Yikes.If you have serious questions regarding her conduct, then I would talk to someone trustworthy- ie a certified Counsellor in private practice. If these issues are as bad as you say they are, then you could file some sort of abuse complaint- hopefully, the counsellor could give you some guidance as to what to do.

You've only heard it from others, but didn't heard/see it for yourself!
If it's true that you're teacher/professor is all flirty and that, then ignore everything she do! Try to focus on other things like how bright will be my future when my flirty teacher is not around to destroy it.
Just think of my point this way. What would you gain if you knew that she is flirting with you? Can you do anything about it? Can you do something about it? And if you have any answers from those. Then think clearly about your situation....
If you have a girlfriend, focus your eyes on her and ignore your flirty teacher.
If you don't have a girlfriend, try to find one YOU REALLY LIKE and ignore your flirty teacher.
If you like your flirty teacher but you think its not good to have any relationship with the damn person, listen to your head and don't do it instead focus on other things like education and get rich by being street-smart and being a renaissance person. :P
If I were you, I'd just ignore her. But if she really bugs you, try to talk it to someone you TRUST.
