There are four level of measurement: nominal, ordinal, interval and ratio. Is PULSE considered interval or ratio? I know it isn't nominal or ordinal. Please help and give an explanation if possible.

It's Interval. You are taking the pulse/voltage at a spaced/distanced amount of time.

Interval..cause it works at different intervals..that's the best expl. i could give you..
