Sheer. I think that my legs look sexier and that they look better. I can always hold my stomach in if I need it, but fake legs are such a turn-off.

It would depend on the outfit you're wearing the pantyhose with.
If you're wearing them with a traditional cheerleader outfit (short skirt), then the sheer pantyhose would be better.
If you're wearing a long skirt or pants, the control top pantyhose would be sufficient and last longer.

Control top stay up better but are not as comfortable as sheer. Don't get pantyhose with support legs though because they are too thick and don't look as good.

Control top, they stay up better. With you being a cheerleader this style would be best without having to keep worrying over your attire.

go with sheer to waist. They will look much better than control top.

I prefer sheer with short skirts.

sheer definitely looks better. But control top might hold you better.
