Quality has a natural setting.
1. Quality in teaching
2. Facilities
3. human relations that of teachers and students
4.Pervasive commitment of both staff and management (Not just collecting the fees)
5. Transperancy
6. commitment to do what one tells and tell what is possible to do.
7. Lack of facility and interest to care for the placement of students.
8. Increased fee structure and inability to pay

i think that poor placement records people are not going for those colleges................
