if this problem is in IM...for example when you click on someone name to talk to them...
and you then__ go to actions___then go to contact options___and then to view profile... if this is the only item you click on there and it doesnt work...
do this go to tools.... click on internet options... click programs... then click on reset web setttings... wah lah...it fixed mine!!
