the Robot AKA Servo comes with the Open for Business expansion pack and it has to be built in the game by one of your sims, the sim has to have high electronic building skills to make one. if you dont have the expansion i highly recommend it , its very fun!

robots are in the Open for Business expansion pack
you will need to buy that from either a store in-person (like walmart, ebgames, etc) or an online retailer (like gamestop.com)

i really dont think so.i hate it when they show things you cant do!but i do love the sims 2.
