Stop buying costume jewelry.
Or if you have to, paint the insides of rings and bracelets with clear nail polish. Necklaces will be tougher as painting clear nail polish will possibly make it too britle to wear.
Also, some people have this reaction to expensive, real jewelry too. For example, my mom breaks out every time she wears yellow gold but can wear white gold just fine. So it's possible it's not just cheap jewelry that you're allergic to.

Unfortunately, it is the type of jewellery you buying. The quality of this jewellery is poor, and often is a sign of the cheap manufacturer of the items.
You cant stop it, just from now on, instead of picking up cheap bargains, spend a little more on a finer quality.

Because it's made out of cheap metals/materials. Gold is expensive but nice. Try looking for sterling silver, a lot cheaper than gold but still nice. But you can't get sterling silver wet, it may tarnish and you'll need to polish it. When you buy sterling silver, you want to preferably look for a stamp or something that says it's .925 sterling silver. 100% sterling silver is not good for jewelry-too soft, so they add other metals usually nickel to it. .925 means it's 92.5% sterling silver.

Its not real gold or silver. Paint the areas that touch your skin with a few layers of clear nail varnish and it might help.

The reason this happens is because the cheap and nasty metal oxidises with your natural sweat so the problem would be solved if you wear gold or sterling silver.

you are wearing copper that is the one that will change your skin color. You can do two things. The first is you can take that jewelery and get a can of polyurethane to seal the jewelry so that your skin does not get green. The second thing is just don't wear the copper stuff.

Your skin probably is very sensitive to gold and silver either that or you are buying cheap jewlery. You probably shoud buy jewlery that is less tight because it stops blood circulation and that area turns green.
