i want a pet. like a geko or soemething... something small. what should i get?

Hamsters are about as cheap as you can go, Gekos are a bit more expensive, if you can find them.

Hamsters are cheap or a goldfish. I have never seen an inexpensive exotic pet like a gecko.

not a geko they are exspenive my friend had one.
I'd go with a one of those frogs at pet stores they are really cool.

A pet rock while not vogue is cheap and very inexpensive to take care of.

fish- fifteen cents-six dollars (depends on the fish)
hamster- 10-20 dollars
parakeet- about 20$
snake-depends on the snake.....
lizard- 10-100$
guinea pig-about 10-20$
mouse-5-20$
rat---ewww i hope you dont want a rat! lol but if u do they're about 10-20$

get a cactus plant, low maintenance, does not talk back cheap to keep, and you can talk to it ( alone)!!!!
one bottle of baby bio needed per year for vitamins!!!
and if you get bored with it give it to anyone who will accept it with gratitude.
Great yeah!!
PS if you do get a cactus just a word of advice don't stroke it like a dog!

get goldfish, there really inexpensive, and i you get like 4, they last longer than just one.
