You can't ask Hitler or Stalin, but I'd say yes. Saddam wouldn't admit it because he's on trail, but I'd say yes. Osama wouldn't come out in the open and admit it because if he did we'd kill him, but it would be nice if he would come out of hiding and admit something like that long enough for somebody to get a clear shot!

LOL....Yes, and they took quite a delight in it too. Actually I can't speak for Osama and Hitler, but they were soldiers in there younger careers so they may have. But Saddam and Stalin absolutely wouldn't hesitate to do the deed themselves.

Hitler killed himself,personally he probably killed during WWI when he fought for the german army.
Stalin ordered killing of many people and so did Osama and Saddam,personally if they did it themselves I am not sure.

All of those people Killed or had others killed for their own selfish benefits. Our country is at war to protect our freedom so that we can continue to have the rights that we have. George Bush hasn't killed anyone. He has declared war against a people who are perfectly happy to kill us though.
This is really a ridiculous question. There is no comparison between these people and our President.

I think you are asking, did they ever kill by their own hand. There is no evidence that Hitler killed anyone by his own hand. Nope he had millions of others who did his killing for him. That being said, Hitler might have killed as soldier during WWI, but I am unaware of any accounts to confirm that.
Stalin is vey likely to have killed by his own hand during the Russian Revolution. Later, he had millions willing to commit murder on his behalf.
Osama has undoubtedly killed by his own hand during the War in Afghanistan with the Soviet Union. And sadly, he has far too many people willing to commit murder on his behalf.
