I am not pregnant, it's not heart burn, and I don't ever actually throw up. Also, I get light headed. I'm an otherwise healthy 23 yr old mother of 1 11 month old little girl. Any suggestions?

It might be a vitamin and mineral deficiency. My suggestion is to take a daily vitamin supplement, and look at your diet to see if you are missing any essentials....

From what I looked up on vitamin deficiencies, your nausea might be because of a lack of Vitamin A, **Vitamin B3 (Niacin)**, Vitamin C and Biotin. Dizziness and Lightheadedness are DEFINITLY a Vitamin B3 deficiency... so yes, by a B3 complex vitamin, and take a little more than recommneded starting off, to jump start you body and give it what it's desperately asking for...
Being that you are a new mother,it is very important to take care of your body....If taking vitamin, coenzyme and mineral supplements do not work, go to your doctor.

It could be many things. I know the feeling. I lived with it for over 4 yrs till it was figured out. Id start with going to a doc and telling them about it. If he doesnt help you, keep going to different docs. Try to think of other symptoms you may be having.
Have you taken alot of anti biotics in your life? If so, this could be the root of it. Im asking you this, cuz thats what caused mine. I ruined my gut and intestinal tract.
Think about what youve done in the past. I hope you get to feeling better.

it could just have to do with your periods changing after childbirth (still changing). Take a multiple vitamin and see if that changes anything. Eat some meat.

If you are lightheaded, your blood sugar may be low. Go to your doctor to get a professional opinion.
