First of all I need to clarify a few things.
1. Urine DOES NOT come out of the vagina. There is a small hole directly behind the clitoral hood called the urethra. This is where urine comes from. The muscles controlling urine flow can become lax due to a variety of reasons. You can strengthen them by doing KEGAL exersizes. To learn this, practice starting and stopping your urine flow when you urinate. When you get the hang of it, you can do them anytime, anywhere. These are the same exersicizes that strenghten the vaginal walls.
This shouldn't real affect her sex life....however she could accidentally urinate while having sex, but it won't HURT anything, except maybe her ego.
As for the clots during your period....they are completely normal, all women get them. They could be chunks of undissolved egg or uterine lining. Mostly they are caused when the blood pools in your vagina while you are sleeping.....the blood pools there and clots up.

first:the urine doesnt come out of the vagina it comes from another opening called ureter which comes from the bladder.so ..no it has no influence on sexual life what so ever.
second:this type of urine leakage that u described is called stress incontinence its caused by increase in abdonimal pressure after sneezing or laughing
third:dont worry about the blood during the period.the ovum does not break and it comes out but its cant b seen.the thick blood things u see are blood sluffed of ur uterus
hope i was brief and informative enough and hope i get the best answer

Don't worry, that's normal. If you really have to laugh or sneeze uncontrollably, the muscles in you lower stomach relax for a tenth of a second, and that's when it ahppens. These women don't have any problems in their lives with sex or anything, and you don't have to worry about curing it, as it is no disease. About your period: Hard to do a distance diagnosis, but it also seems normal. Some women ahve lighter blood and some thicker. But if you worry, you should see a doc.

When you laugh or sneeze, indirect pressure will be exerted from the chest to the abdomen and thus the urinary bladder will be compressed. This results in passing out a little bit of urine via urethra (not vagina). This condition is normal and nothing to worry about.

for the urine coming out while laughing, that's b/c the muscles in her v are probably too loose. she can do some exercises that are good for toning that area (kagle exc.)u squeeze and hold like when u are holding pee. and then let go, then repeat 15 times 3 reps a day
for u the blood "clot" like thing is normal, that is just the way the period sometimes comes out.

Urine coming out is stress incontinence, due to sphincter weakness. It will not interfere with sex life. Sphincters can be strengthened with exercise, i.e. pulling one's back passage up repeatedly. This can be done discreetly while sitting. Thick blood thing is blood clot which has not been thinned out completely.

"the thick blood thing" is a clot. blood gathers, mostly when you're sitting or laying down, and then comes out when you stand. it's perfectly normal. the peeing while sneezing or coughing is something that usually happens to older women, pre- and during menopause because their bladder control is lessening. if you're concerned about it, there are adult diapers, or you could see your doctor about it.

The leaking thing usually happens after childbirth, but can ease up using the exercises mentioned. As for the other, if you are concerned, see your doctor.
