slipknot has some good songs but they can really be hardcore and system of a down is a little easier but still pretty heavy, I like alot more slipknot songs though so I like them better

Surfacing is their best song too...
also you might not know but the lead singer to Slipknot also sings in another band called Stone Sour and they are very good too, a little less Kill YOu attitude and a little tamer
