I'd like to catch up on this show and then start watching it regularly. I don't know much about downloading tv episodes.

you can try fox's website. they said they have fox on demand where you can watch all the episodes online. other than that try downloading it from itunes.

Sometimes the back episodes can be viewed on line by logging on the channel, i.e., ABC, CBS, NBC Fox, etc. I can't remember who aired it right now, but I am sure you do. So, log on to the correct one and check it out. Good luck.
