Gautama the Buddha just did that.
he said 1)Desire is the root cause of all evil hence give up all desires 2) Do not hurt any life form
3) attend to sick people and do your best to give them relief free
of any charge.4) do not hate any one even he be the worst sinner
5) Always speak the truth
Buddha did not give any name and nor he called it a religion.
it was the people who came after Buddha who made Buddha into a god and his followers as Buddhists and his creed as a separate religion

1. Be true to yourself because only then you can be true to others
2. If your opinion is different from others doesn't means you shouldn't have an opinion . Nor does it means that others do not have the right of having an opinion . It shouldn't be my way or the high way . Every body's choice should be respected .
3. You don't have to make a huge charity or go to a place of worship . Just don't deprive yourself of making an extra effort to provide a helping hand to people near by .
4. Never ever look down upon anyone for whatever reason . Not everyone is lucky to have all the benefits .
5. Do learn the love of art but most important learn the art of loving . Always, always think before you speak because one has to live with the consequences of what we say .

I do not think there will be another religion being created for the time being. If there were another religion being created, a whole lot of destruction and bloodshed will occur. I think it is safe now with all the faiths that we have on earth. In every religion there are major principles and minor principiles and I think that trusting the 'Man up there' and respect thy neighbors along with keeping the principles and following them we can have a peaceful place on earth to live until the end of time.

5 Major Principles:
1. Use what we need, not what we want (or think we need).
2. I'll steal the golden rule from so-called established religion: "Do unto others as you would have done unto you".
3. Take care of the earth, good planets are hard to find.
4. No war. And none of this pre-emptive fighting nonsense either.
5. Finally, a firm belief in doing what is right for all, not just what is right for the individual.

5 major principles :
(1) DESIRE for what you don't possess is the root cause of all suffering, give it up-(the strong cravings).Become Painless.
(2) ATTACHMENT to what you do possess is the root cause of all sorrows, give it up. (no over-possessiveness, don't hold on, let go or you'll get stuck) Become Sorrowless.
(3) CHANGE is the inevitable truth of every thing in this world, the root cause of fear, accept it (life is an ever flowing river know it or you'll get stagnant) Become Fearless
(4) Live in the PRESENT here & now or never ,whatever it is (realise the importance of each passing moment ,give up brooding of the past or daydreaming of the future.) Become Timebound.
(5) Rise above all DUALITIES of this world (stop swaying & swinging & getting carried away by them) Become Dutiful.
If each of us follows the above principles in life one is sure to attain that for which we all are striving for, consciously or unconsciously - Equanimity (a calm & placid state ) - living in harmony.
And Everything Will Fall In Place,

1. Truth, if truth prevails and people respect and fear for truth, then they will realize to correct themselves not to committ horrendous mistakes in life and cause damage to others and the world.
2. Humanity and Humane, no human should be discriminated as anything other than he or she is a human. No color, caste, region, country, big or small, tall or short, asia or america, who lives in forest or who lives in home. So, the only acceptance of human is human.
3.Education, nothing in this world is going to make any difference without education, all the poverty, sick/diseases, jobless/chaotic social problems, fights and riots and voilences and more are caused due to ignorance, poor knowledge and inability to understand what is what is also due to poor or no education?. Only, education will and can alliviate these above said issues, then this should be top most priority of my religion.
4. For All: health and medical support for all, education for all, equal distribution of available sources and properties to all, justice for all, acess of preachings, teachings and services of religion to all, this will by my religion.
5.Scientific, a religion should be scientifically based. No, myths, no assumptions and imaginations. So, be it. This is my religion.

Only one principle is needed -- Recognize the Supreme Personality of Godhead as the real proprietor of everything since He is the source of everything and our heart's desire is fulfilled when we are completely engaged in His transcendental loving service. Living in this way will bring about world peace as there will be no fighting over stolen property and at the end of this life, we will be transferred to the spiritual world to live eternally in the association of the Lord. This is the only sure cure of all problems of material life.

The best religion is no religion only because religion divides the people from the non-religious and the believers of other religions.
