To time travel any amount that I chose. For example, a bad guy pulls a gun, I freeze time and quickly travel back to the moment before he pulled the gun.
Also, to be able to transport instantly to any destination. Sure could use that in everyday life. Take a shower and instantly show up at work. Oops! Shower, put on clothes, show up at work.
