Depends on the situation, but it's usually easy for me to apologize.

when someone steps at somebody's toes it's hard not to let the pride talk louder than your senses, pride comes first at every moment in our lives, the problem of not apologise or forgive someone is that, when you don't forgive or apologise you are not hurting the other person, but you're hurting only yourself.

If you keep that in mind you'll find it easy to apologise to someone... even if they are wrong!

If i am in the wrong i will apologise, to be fair it is jot a regular thing for me to be wrong. However if i upset someone for whatever reason and i believe my actions were justified and i had good intentions and it was not a vendetta then i would not, i will refuse to apologise for doing what i think is right just because someone thinks it was wrong.

For me its easy to apologize. I apologize for stuff I didn't do. I drive my fiance nuts, he actually counted one day how many times he heard me say "im sorry" and it ended up be 27 times in one day, so for me I can say I am sorry without any problems.

If I am wrong then I will admit it and say sorry, at times I have even said sorry when I wasn't wrong just to stop the silliness of it all.
