J F Kennedy was shot by the CIA, Is this true?

I'm from England but I'm interested in what really happened to JFK, and was wondering if any of you yanks could help me?

There are lots of conspiracy theories out there. I've heard most of them, I imagine. The real answer is that we will never know the truth about the JFK assassination. Some subscribe to the view - as with Ockham's Razor - that the simplest and most expedient solution is likely the best - but things are rarely simple in the world of politics. We'll never know for certain.

It would seem that they were the only ones who could provide a complete cover-up story.
It would be the controllers of the Federal Reserve who instigated the idea, as JFK had passed an order to enable the government to produce its own money, and therefore not have to pay interest.
Additionally, JFK had indicated in a speech to the press association that he was disenamoured with CIA, and would be limiting their powers. So they had a motive to kill him, and instructions from their 'owners', the Illuminati.

I'd say it was a better bet than most that the CIA were responsible for JFK's death

J F Kennedy was shot by the CIA under authority of a separate organization from the US Government. Lee Harvey Oswald was Innocent but also shot to silence him. The US government is corrupt and the CIA also are corrupt and try to cover their backs! And as for Stonehenge, it was built by the Romans 2500 BC as they thought it would stop the devil's time line colliding with Gods as this would prevent mass dist ruction. You yanks are thick!

Your question shows the power of a brilliant, but certifiably paranoid movie director on the logical perception of reality.

Contrary to Oliver Stone's JFK, if you've done any kind of even rudimentary research into the Dallas assassination, it is apparent that Lee Harvey Oswald assassinated Kennedy and acted alone.
Conspiracies have sprung up about about this event for the same reason conspiracies always spring up - they're fun to have around, and they help some people explain reality in a way that best suits them.

The other answers to this question are proof of this. I rest my case.

I am thinking right wing Cubans and rougue C I A people were responsible. Having walked the site at Dealey Plaza in Dallas
and stood at the window I am absolutley convinved it could NOT have happened the way the Warren commision concluded. I know a Marine sniper with 45 confirmed kills from Vietnam who said even he could not have done it.

A cheap, bolt-action rifle, with a scope with poor eye-relief could not have been used on a moving target accelerating on a curve
with any accuracy. The Zapruder film shows JFK being struck from the front, not back.

It had to be payback for calling off the Bay of Pigs invasion.

Now I will get called a conspiracy theory nut bag liberal traitor.But from what I gather it appears that what happened was Kennedy was never supposed to win the election, he won because he father bought the election for him.His VP Johnson used to be a republican from texas who switched to democrat and JFK was told he needed Johnson to win the south. So JFK wouldnt invade cuba, and was going to change things,start dismantling the CIA, that could not happen.So I believe that the CIA whacked out Kennedy Johnson because President and the rest is history...Like the Vietnam war?

It is one of those incident of history that will always have doubt attached to it. They made a Soviet Union connection with Lee Harvey Oswald but I doubt the CIA. I remember when he was shot. I was 16 years old and in high school. I watched all the after stuff on TV and actually saw Jack Ruby shoot him in the belly........live on TV. It was amazing!!!

The only theory I rule out is that Lee Harvey Osweld acted alone,if he was at all involved. Other than that, take your pick. I do believe Jack Ruby was killed by the CIA.

I cannot solve the mystery but I do know it was the event that changed the world and it has never recovered. The good guys lost and just to put us out of our misery they killed Bobby and Martin , too. I am not even American but I know we (humanity) are still suffering for those tragedies of the sixties.
