get a highlighting stick or cream benefit do one called high beam put it under you eyebrows and on your cheeks bones looks great
gives great definition and is shimmery

Make sure if you get a foundation or something that it is the same as or similiar to the colour of yourskin because if you go into work or school or whereever one day with pale skin and the next with really dark skin i think they will notice lol
also if you dont want to use foundation or something just use eye liner, mascara and lipgloss :)

A lot of department stores will give you a makeover and makeup advice. Most makeup counters will do this for free, as long as you buy one product. You can make an appointment at your favorite cosmetics counter. Ask for advice about what color eyeshadow, etc. to put on. The makeup girl will apply makeup and show you how to do it. If you like the result, you can buy the products that were used on you.

Get some maybelline black eyeliner (the dry pencil like one) and wet it slightly, then wait 30 secs and put it under your bottom lashes and you could put it all the way around then out at the sides of your eyes so it looks like you have extra long lashes. Then put some black volume mascara on. I hardly ever wear makeup, just a light selftanner and eye-makeupe. It gives your eyes alot of volume, sexy!! xx

Invest on GOOD FOUNDATION. A good foundation can make your face look flawless and most importantly, it holds your make up!
Depending on your skin colour, buy the foundation that is slightly one tone lighter than your skin. This can makes you look younger!
Foundation that are darker than what you really are can make you appear older.
try putting a light blusher on the apples of your cheeks. SMILE and you got it! apply upwards to get a slimming effect.

i would use concealer only where you need it and use a little mascara. swipe on a little lip gloss at the end and your good to go. it looks really natural and pretty. if you're going to wear eyeshadow, use it lightly and don't over do it. maybe put a light shimmery color on your lids so it looks natural, yet cute =)
