We've been there over 4 years, we've spent billions, and yet people in Bagdhad still only have power for four hours a day, and they're saying things are worse than when Saddam was in power. Who can explain this state of affairs?

Who is"they"? The residents of Bagdhad. What's my source? Three weekly newsmagazines, NPR, and the Bangor (Maine) Daily News.

If the folks in Bagdhad have never had more than 4 hours of power at a time, why are they complaining now? Are we supposed to fix *all* their infrastructure? I would think that once we repaired what we bombed, our obligations to them would be over. Americans have needs too!

Uhmm... I work here and things are much better than when saddam's a s s was here.
FYI, Iraq has, for almost 20 years, lived with a power grid zoned for four hours on and four hours off.

You haven't heard of the terrorist insurgency over there... Pay attention to what is going on in the world. This is a war, not a mini series that will end in a few weeks with all loose ends neatly taken care of.

because we cant get those weirdos to go out and fix anything. All they want to do is complain, blame all their problems on some one else. and get the good Americans to do their dirty work.
