I think that for the most part Mexicans and Americans get along very, very peacefully-I feel it is the press and media that lends to the conflict and issues that create tension is this regard. I feel this is probably due to elections coming up, and this will help candidates have (a) issues to stand on regarding such. and (b) Help candidates get monetary support from people who feel strongly about either end of the issue.

Very narrow minded person.

We now live in a global society. Practically every major corporation has overseas connections.

There is no turning back.

Knowing this much, many parts of the world will be fully integrated and resemble each other, with boundaries becoming of little significance.

Welcome to the new world of different ideas and blending of races and ethnicity.

To single out a particular restaurant as the reason for having aliens present loses sight of all the changes going on....changes
which are beyond the control of ordinary people.

I say, sit back and enjoy!

(That actually was a quote by Tex Antoine on National T.V. which cost him his job)

That is a racist opinion. He assumes that all Mexicans are here illegally. I'll bet if he were to trace his family tree, there would be people along the line that came here from other countries. And back in the day there weren't a lot of people who came here the legal way. But he doesn't want to think about that.

And you should report him for not answering your question.

Why do you care if or why he doesn't go to a mexican resteraunt. I think he makes a good point. Why do people ask questions they dont want an honest answer to?

I think he's a typical example of an American. Ignorant and unthinking. But then, our society encourages this.

Besides that, if you want tacos, eat tacos. I find them tasty. It's very shallow for one to take criticism of one's country as a personal attack upon one's self, and then protest that someone dares disagree with you. *chuckles*

I just say my opinion. I don't say you have to agree with me.

To use the internet and stay sane, you have to expect and ignore the bigots. There is always a minority opinion that will offend a "normal" moral person. Your best bet is to just ignore them and report them to Yahoo...

Honey, there are tons of jerks on yahoo's question board. They like to get people upset, I think we call them trolls. They like to start arguments, and 'shock' people with their ignorance. Don't take him seriously.

It's his misinformed opinion. Doesn't really sound entirely racist though--more reactionary to something he doesn't understand very well.
