That jelly like substance is called cervix mucus. Or the slang is "discharge". It is just showing that you are going to get your period soon and you might even still have it after you get your period. It is there just to clean out your "down there". But I don't think that you should get weak over it. If you want to read more about it click on this link:

hope I've helped...

This is normal vaginal discharge. You aren't ill, if that is what you are worried about.
You should only worry if the discharge changes color, smells pungent, or if you experience itching.
Some women experience a higher amount of discharge than others - depending on their hormones. If you find it bothersome, perhaps try using pantyliners? This will make you feel more comfortable, and less like you had an 'accident'.

Well, you may be young but i would suggest you consult an obgyn. It could be an infection if there is a discharge that often. If it has a smell or color then more than likely you have some sort of infection possibly bacterial. However, you could be just ovulating. Some discharge is normal. If you are concerned, definately consult an obgyn just to ease your mind.Good luck.

It is normal for the secretion, it's our bodies natural birth control and infection fighter.
Our cervix releases this mucus to try to help prevent an unwanted pregnancy and infections.
If you are really concerned with it, or if it has an odour, you should really be asking a doctor.
