Every species can swim. Using the serpetine motion and the capicity of the lung, they can cover great distances with fast results. One Eastern Diamondback was found swimming 30 miles out in the Atlantic !!!
As a side note: not all snakes found in water are venomous. The term "water moccasin" is appled to all water dwelling species producing live young. But, only the cottonmouth is venomous.

Yes, all snakes, even the blindsnakes (which are specialized for burrowing) can swim. They have a light weight body, so they float naturally, and their serpentine motion is similar to those of a swimming eel. They are very efficient swimmers. In fact, one of the way they move on land, i.e. serpentine motion, is analogous to swimming on land. Snakes in fact probably evolved from a marine mossasauroid lizard, as some of the earliest known snakes, such as Pachyrachus and Haasiophis, are found in marine deposits in what is now Israel. These fossil snakes have tiny hindlegs, whereas modern snakes, with few exceptions such as the boas, have lost all trace of their hindlegs. Recently, Dr. Michael Lee performed an anatomical analysis of the snake's transparent eyelid and find that they resemble the transparent eyelids of fish most closely, further lending support to the theory that snakes evolved in a marine environment.

I cannot think of a snake that cannot swim although the availabilty of water to certain snakes makes this impossible for anyone to answer. example catch a side winder (lives in the desert) take him down to your local swimming baths try it out.
