Cons are basically religious, predominately christian mindless zombies who think as they are instructed. To ask questions or use logic is a sin against your faith.
This is why our Masonic founders wisely made separation of church and state mandatory, otherwise the State would be actively persecuting all the non-believers in the name of Jesus.

Actually, those who have answered you that Liberals don't listen are correct. It is difficult to hear the facts and data, much less absorb them, when ones mouth is running and ones brain is shut down.
Do you think that the citizens of the United States should allow our own citizens to go hungry while the U.S. feeds the world? Would you feel the same if it was your child that is hungry? Do you think that the citizens of the United States should allow their rights to be slowly removed, but the rights of illegal immigrants to be increased?
Are you willing to give up your Social Security benefits in order to give them to an illegal immigrant?
Do you think the whole world should apologize to the extreme nutters in the Middle East and try to "understand" their position and why they perform acts of terrorism? Bearing in mind, of course, that to understand them and voice that they are understood is to essentially give them permission to do what they will to whom they will without fear of consequences or repercussion.
Do you believe that our soldiers should be incarcerated because someone put cotton underwear on prisoners heads and WE violated the Geneva Convention, but the Muslim extremists can torture our soldiers to death, poking their eyes out, cutting off their genitalia and stuffing it in their mouths, chopping off their limbs and, finally, booby-trapping what is left of their mutilated and degraded bodies so that when we attempt to retrieve them there are even more of our soldiers hurt? But where is the ACLU when this happened? The ACLU (a Liberal organization, btw, doing nothing it was initially supposed to do) was awfully loud about the underwear and they've been conspicuously silent about the torture of OUR soldiers. They need to remember that ACLU stands for 'AMERICAN Civil Liberties Union.' Would you feel the same way if it was your father or brother or sister who was tortured to death in this manner? Would you feel that he or she was equally as "brutalized" as those who had cotton underwear put on their heads? You have asked, in a roundabout way, for facts to back up a point. I challenge you to this: go find the basic plans for Communism and compare it to Liberalism, then please come back and tell me where the differences can be found. You understand that, in order to successfully do this, you are going to have to be brutally honest with yourself and cast off all preconceived notions and rhetoric? Do this and get back with me. I will gladly debate you and provide you with facts; however, if you can read this post and do the suggested exercise and you still think the Liberals have the right of it, it will be rather like debating a skunk: the body will be there, the brain will be there, the intellect; however, will leave nothing but a great degree of unpleasantness around the whole issue.
It is not the Conservatives who blindly buy into rhetoric; it is the Liberals. Please ask for a refund.
