It's a compliment but it depends on who it's coming from.
For example, I hear that all the time too, and when fat girls are saying it to me it's a compliment but I know they are hating. When a straight guy says it, he is basically trying to tell you he's sexy. When a gay guy says it, he is giving a genuine compliment. When a girl who is skinny and good looking like you says it, it's also a genuine compliment because she'd have no reason to compliment competition!

it probably means your well porportined and tall. i hope it doesnt mean your a bag of bones lol thats far from attractive but if your tall and have presence then id take it as a compliment
