1. Commutative of + => a+b+c=a+c+b
2. Commutative of * => a*b*c= a*c*b
3. Associative of + => (a+b)+c = a+(b+c)
4. Associative of * => (ab)c = a(bc)
5. Distributive =>a(b +c) = ab+ ac
6. Multiplicative identity => a * (1) =a
7. Additive Identity => a + 0 =a
8. Multiplicative Inverse => a * (1/a)=1
9. Additive Inverse => a + (-a) = 0

___________
Also
Closure=> given a +b =c, then a, b, c are all elements of set of reals
reflexive=> a=a
symmetric=> a + b + c = c + b + a (real similar to commutative)
transitive=> if a =b and b= c then a = c

1. Commutative Property in respect of Addition:
x+y+z = x+y+z

2. Commutative Property in respect of multiplication:
x*y*z = x*y*z

3. Associative property in respect of addition:
(a+b)+c = a+(b+c)

4. Associative Property in respect of multiplicationof
(xy)*z = x*(yz)

5. Distributive Property in respect of multiplication over addition:
x(y +z) = xy + xz

6. Property of Additive Identity:

X+ 0 = x itself;

'0' is the additive identity

7. Property of Multiplicative identity
x * (1) =x
1 is the multiplicative identity.

8. Property of Additive Inverse:
(x) + (-x) = 0;
0 is the additive identity &
(-x) is said to be the additive inverse of (x)

9. Property of Multiplicative Inverse

x* (1/x) = 1; 1 is the identity factor. (1/x) is the multiplicative identity of (x)

These are the 9 basic Properties.

There's commutative of addition, commutative of multiplication, associative of addition, associative of multiplication, distributive property of multiplication over addition, inverse of addition, inverse of multiplication, identity of addition, and identity of multiplication.

They may also be refering to the reflexive, symmetric, and transitive properties.
