Yes there is one on a bar doing chin ups and then just hanging by your arms so that you body is dangling down, , this has been done by several people who were short and needed to gain an inch or so to pass a police or fire exam for the city height requirement.

Nope, its all in your genes and you wont really get any taller than you're supposed to unless you go and take thyroid hormones, its possible (theoretically) that they can make you taller but they will mess up your body and cause all kinds of crazy diseases.

My advice learn to be happy with your height

No. Your height, like your hair and eye color, bone structure, etc. is determined by your genetics and is unchangeable.

Anyone who claims you'll be able to increase your height with exercise, stretching, medications or supplements is uneducated and obviously does not understand basic human physiology.

Regular exercise and proper nutrition will help you reach your full genetic potential, but the blueprint is already written and the final outcome limited to what nature has given you.

Be happy with what you have!

get taller with better posture which begins with a strong back and mentally remembering your posture. besides that it is much more attractive than someone slouching.
