I have a smoothie every morning -- keeps me filled till lunch!

1 C. vanilla non-fat yogurt
1/2 C. mandarin oranges
1/2 banana
1 C. FROZEN red berries (strawberries or raspberries)
1/2 C. FROZEN blueberries
1/4 C. protein powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Put all in blender and whip up!

I'm about to maked some shreaded hashed browns with peppers and onions, bacon, and some scrambled eggs with Dietz & Watson american cheese...it's all about the cheese.
