I would have to say Peru. The culture is great. The food is good, if you don't know what you are eating. My mother-in-law made me guinea pig and I didn't know it. It wasn't bad. The historical sites were awesome. I can't wait to go again and visit, of course it would be nice to see my in-laws too.

Acapulco, Mexico. It is gorgeous down there. Absolutely breathtaking looking in the bay, especially at night when it is all lit up.
