get a wood one. better still make one you self loads cheaper and you ll get the added satisfaction of the "i made that"

I have found that there is no such thing as a STURDY PLASTIC arch. Spend a bit more and get a metal or treated wood arch. It's a long term investment that will last you many years.

Plastic..I am trying to get a decent garden arch to fit a certain size, everything is too wide..i bought a metal coated with plastic at The Range..it is absolute cr-p..far too wide.. trying for a (treated)wooden one...

Dont buy plastic.. they look cheap..better buy a proper wooden rustic arch will look a million times better and not really too much more expensive.

Have you checked any rental places? Lots of places actually rent them. Other then that the craft store Michael's sells them and if you know anyone who is a good wood worker or carpenter, they may be able to build one for you. Your best option is a rental.
