Kay is my friend she has a big crush on her far relative which she never expressed but now there is something weird going on....

1-She had this diary of hers in which she wrote about all her crushes(including the relative) which she thinks her mom and aunt have read.

2-This guy lately came to visit this city where my friend lives but he acted very strangely..whenever Kay would be around..he would not say a word and wouldnt even give a smile..now my friend says he is not this kind but doesnt know why he is acting like this only with her...so gradually she also stopped talking to him or being around.

3-Plus her mom once said that go and call Him for lunch ..and she aslso told Kay to go out for a drive with her other cousins when He was also there..and Kay noticed him looking at her thru the rear window of the car.He also kept on looking at her when she and her family went to drop him off at the airport.

Problem:-Does this guy likes Kay or not?

Kay has had just once had conversation with this guy and he was too formal...kindly suggest some solution to this guys attitude..is it in some boys nature to act differently or what??

Please do not suggest to ask directly whether he likes her or not..cause they are not so casual with each other and neither will my friend ask.

Chances are youre reading far more into this than there really is. From what Ive read I see nothing there that would signal anything really. This guy may just be looking at her wondering what shes up to and may even think shes really strange and may be scared of her. Kay should not act on this but give time and see what if anything happens. But I seriousily doubt if anything will happen.

Most likely he does like Kay and probably senses the attraction but the main real problem though is how are they related? By marriage or by blood...is he a 1st, 2nd or 3rd cousin? Her mother could be trying to keep them both at a distance for a reason because of relation or because of the ages.

Maybe he likes her, maybe he doesn't. It should not be an issue since you say he is a relative. If anything were to happen it would be kind of awkward after wards--plus, the rest of the family might find out about it and be very grossed out and disappointed.

Sound like yes but he doesn't know how to approach her nor she him. Too many variables here to make a decision. Perhaps Kate should write him a short note explaining how much she enjoyed his visit and she's looking forward to his next trip. "Ice breaker".

If the mom, etc. read the diary, he may have heard of Kate's feelings and not know how to react.

Good grief, what a lot of drama... Kay should find someone to crush on besides anyone related to her and you should find something to do besides mind your friends business..

whether or not he likes kay--the fact that they are cousins--they should not
entertain feelings of attraction toward each other.

Sounds like it kiss-in cousins. How closely related r they. second or third cousins nothing to worry about in general. First cousins funny look in kids and considered taboo!!!

I sense your friend is a teenager and he is an adult. Be very careful. He is a paedophile.
