Ok this is an infamous sample. Stay with me this is going to be a long answer.
It was originally recorded by the wallace collection in 1968. It has since been sampled by a variety of pop groups most famously by the I Monster in 2001.
As you are asking now i'm guessing you've heard it on the radio recently. The chances are then that you have heard the new 'Lupe Fiasco' song 'Daydreamin' featuring Jill Scott.
If it isn't that one then this same sample has also been used by the following groups.
