I prefer Green Wing as it's so off the wall and crazy!

Greenwing!!!
Still Scrubs is awesome but Greenwing is so fantastic because it's so British with British humour (watched it with an American and a French girl who just did not get half of it!) and I think things like that work really well cause we get all the in jokes.
I also think perhaps the jokes are slightly more complex and intelligent than Scrubs, which is slightly more slapstick - though of course still great.
So topped off with fantastic class, really random crap, voila GreenWing - kick ***.

first series of green wing was excellent, now its jsut too random for me.... scrubs definately as each episode has me laughing
