Can the playing cards in yahoo pyramids be enlarged?

I have a hard time seeing the playing cards in pyramids. Is there anyway to enlarge them? I have tried using Ctrl + but that does nothing. Help me please!!!!!

you could change your screen size in start, settings, control panel, then click display.
