Article 8 of Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court specifies that war crimes include “intentionally launching an attack in the knowledge that such attack will cause incidental loss of life or injury to civilians or damage to civilian objects or widespread, long-term and severe damage to the natural environment which would be clearly excessive in relation to the concrete and direct overall military advantage anticipated”.

As far as I am concerned Israel should pay for all the damages it has caused to the civilian infrastructure in Lebanon... since it seems they destroyed it on purpose...
Yes,they should pay for the ecological disaster they have caused...I really hope they will...

Lebanon might want to sue Syria and Iran for the damages. in the experience that they'd not given the guns to Hezbollah the wear and tear don't have got here about. the actual undeniable reality that the ineffective UN observers also help Hezbollah might want to not be neglected or perhaps Lebanon did not get rid of Hezbollah. hard success blame those that all started the combating not those attacked.

The entire non-muslim world should support Israel it it's struggle against the evil that is islam.
Where ever a moslem population borders a civilized country there is war.

Moslems in Sudan = genocide against non moslems.
Lebabon got what it deserved. The UN told them to disarm hezzbolah and have the lebanese army occupy southern lebanon. They didn't so tough luck!

If there is someone who can force Israel to pay, then it will have to pay too much!!!! no body can sue Israel. USA keep funding them with money and internationally forbidden weapons. USA and Israel have no consideration to humanity.
