Stuart - thank you very much. One question: If I change the settings in the manner you've described, I will need to re-change the settings each time I want to print a document from my computer, correct?

Well, almost. You can set the printer to print to file instead of paper, then you can go back and save the print file as a PDF file afterwards.

Click START, then SETTINGS, then PRINTERS, then right-click on your printer. Under the PORT it's printing to, instead of LPT1 (or wherever the printer is attached), select PRINT TO FILE.

Once you have the fax file captured, just open it with your Adobe Acrobat.
