They don't do a think for me and I always thought the idea was lame. If you need a poster to help "git er' done" then you are not focused on the task at hand. Now motivational speeches work for me especially if my boss threatens to put a size 12 boot up my a**.

I guess they do affect me in that they are good to laugh at, so I am not getting much done from all the laughing

They usually make me question what the hell I'm doing there in the first place. So yeh, I guess they do. I tend to do the opposite of what they say tho...
