I am nineteen years old, weigh 155 pounds, and im 5 foot 2. I know that spot treatments dont work, but im also working on my abs. does anybody know any exercises that will help me to become fit and have a tight body? also, if you know anything to keep the boobs tight or shrinkable, that would be really great. im a 36 d and i hate it. thank you all so much! also, if u have websites that will help. I dont have time to go to a gym, so hopefully i can do exercises at home. i also eat healthy and am cutting down on sweets. i dont even like sweets anymore

Diet is more important for losing weight the exercises. No more soda coffee or refined sugars and try to cut out dairy. Eat more lean meat and fish and Fruits and Veggies, like beans and rice. Drink Water constantly, bring a water bottle with you everywhere. The more muscle you have the faster you burn weight so working out your bigger muscles in your legs is important. Try Squats, Lunges, Bicycle crunches, and Push-ups for muscle training, repeat each twenty times until you cant do anymore and then wait two days before doing it again. More important for weight loss is cardio, so try to go running every other day for 30 minutes.

I would recommend you to watch what you are eating. If some diets worked for me it doesn’t mean it will work for you but you are so young and have a lot of chances to loose weight. I use low-carb diet and it helps me to maintain good weight, plus I work out 2-3 times a week and walk about 2 miles 3 times a week. Here is a very good DVD exercise, which will help you to create you own workout it calls “ QUICKFIX”. There are 9 separate workout segments and you can make your own combinations. There are exercises for Abs, arms, legs and Buns. It’s AWSOME and it works for everyone. I highly recommend this DVD! Also you can use Exercise Ball workout-IT IS REALLY EASY and you can buy it in TJ Maxx or Marshalls for a few dollars. Make sure to eat during the day and have last meal not later than 7 p.m., drink plenty of water, exercises 3 times a week and you will see the result in ONE MONTH. GOOD LUCK!

Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.

No sugar
No sodas
No candy
No chips
No potatoes
No pasta
No pizza
no corn
no bread
no burgers
no fried foods

PS about the 36d breasts. Don't worry, once you start losing some fat, your breasts may downsize a little also. If not, REJOICE, you have been blessed with the #1 physical proof of fertility that attracts all men.

It is an obvious answer. Eat less, much less carbs, concentrate on high color fruits and veggies (get your carbs there, not from sweets) and exercise. If you are 5' 2", you should investigate if you can afford a breast reduction. You would be more balanced if you were a 32--34 C.

well i recently started doing some ab exercises and already i feel wonderful and looking better to. what you need to do is keep all of this up. do a little warm-up exercises before you do the big stuff.
