You can join Network TwentyOne by first becoming an ABO ( Amway Business Owner ), through an exsisting ABO, who belongs to the Network TwentyOne LOS ( Line of Sponsorship ). Depending on your commitment, he will then ask you to register for the CEP ( Continued Education Program ) & RB ( Recomended Book ) program. He might also suggest that you register for the upcoming Network TwentyOne event or meeting.
Since Network TwentyOne is a voluntary business education & personality development organization, therefore regestring with it is not mandatory ( However it is highly recomended, if you desire to succeed in this venture )

You do not "join" Network TwentyOne per se, it's simply a company that supports IBOs through production of materials and seminars. If you are an existing IBO and your current upline is not a part of N21, then you could contact Network TwentyOne via their website, http://www.n21corp.com and ask about the best way to work with them and access their materials. If you are not currently an IBO then the easiest way is to find a Network TwentyOne IBO willing to help you. And you just did. :-)

Just saw your other question, thought I'd answer here -

1. How easy is it to get from start up to diamond? What does it take in terms of personal traits or characteristics to make it in the business?

It takes time and effort to get to Diamond. Network TwentyOne has a big focus on building business properly and profitably and to have long-term focus. Some people have built to Diamond in less than 2 years, others have taken 20 years. The most important characteristics would be (a) persistance and (b) a willingness to learn. These are the same characteristics identified as crucial by Thomas Stanley in his research on self-made millionaires.

2. Which way is better? Building a team or doing full-on promotional and sales?

It depends on your individual goals. Selling can get your profit quicker, but if you stop working, the income stops. Building a team takes a lot longer, but when done properly, if you stop working, the income continues. Both are however important, it's a question of balance and focus.

3. How important are the seminars and meetings? What can I expect to learn and gain from them?

Experience shows the seminars are crucial. Apart from providing inspiration, you will learn different techniques for building teams and you will usually gain more knowledge about our partner companies and their products. They are also a unique place to gather with your team. Perhaps most importantly though, the seminars provide milestones - events for which you set specific goals you wish to achieve. In a business where you are effectively self-employed, it can be difficult to set and stick to goals without some kind of external impetus. "Recognitions" that occur at seminars provide this kind of impetus. Perhaps not for you, but for others in the team you are building.

4. Why is network twentyone better than any other business or career.

Oh, that's a tough one! It really depends upon the individual. For me personally I've found the personal development and business education invaluable in all areas of my life - including other business which I own. In terms of income, a properly built network marketing business becomes a cashflow asset - it generates income without needing your continued input. It is difficult to achieve this through "traditional" methods without either (a) a deal of capital and/or (b) a deal of luck.
