No, I have not. No matter what I am doing, I demand respect. I also give it. Most bosses who bully are caught up in the fact that they have a title and feel they are superior to others and no longer have to work "in the trenches" along side their employees. Instead they bark orders and sit behind a desk, al the while losing the skills that got them in that management position in the first place. But they forget, or have never learned, that managing and leading are two entirely different things. There are many managers in the world, but very few leaders.
When I encounter any boss who is trying to bully me, I professionally remind them that I am an adult. Especially if I can recognize a power trip they are on. If it continues, I will resign my position.
When people realize they do not have to take abuse from employers, they will be better off.

Yes. In fact, I was once fired for pointing out that the company's standing practice of racial discrimination was illegal. If you work for a large company, you can go to the human resources office and ask how you would lodge a complaint. My guess is you will have to go to your boss's supervisor and describe the situations where you feel you are being bullied.

yeah, I was harrassed an pressured to resign. I just quit. Life's too short to be miserable at your job and their are plenty of jobs out there if you want to work. Don't be afraid to quit your job if you are in a bad situation because if you are a good worker and have a solid work ethic you will be rewarded in the job market.

Yes. I was new to London, working nights, Mon-Sat. This Pakistani manager felt that everyone who was not the same race as him was to be treated as a slave. Or worst than a slave. He had this habit of yelling at me at 4-4.30am when I was utterly tired. And for no reason at all. I was not the only one he used to do it too. One morning he yelled, I yelled back and that was it. I never went back!!
